All reservations made online are tentative until payment is processed at our office. A Reservation placed online requires a credit card to complete the reservation process. Once we received the online reservation in the office, we will immediately process 50% of the quoted rental rate (including taxes and fees) to confirm the reservation. The final 50% rent is due 2 weeks before your day of arrival. Once payment is received, we will mail you a confirmation letter with a confirmation number.
If you have reserved a condo in the Portofino Resort, the Daily Amenities Fees are NOT included in online totals. For those properties that do allow pets, the pet fees are NOT included in online totals, either. These fees will be added in to any correlating reservation in the office once the reservation is received there. You MUST mention the desire to bring pets in the comment area of the online reservation screen when making the reservation. |
