The published rental rate does not include our $55.00 reservation fee and 9.75% N.C. tax. Published daily rates are for a two- night minimum stay only. A three-night (4 & 5) stay is available at a lower rate & quoted by MVR staff only due to software limitations. If a home will not reserve for 2 days & is available, call our office for a manual staff entry. (1/2 day can be an arrival day as guests are required to depart at 10:00am for a same day arrival.)
